Privacy Policy

Last updated 4 September 2026

This policy explains what personal data DFY Growth Engine Ltd. collects through https://wordpressdevelopmentcompany.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Who we are

This website is operated by DFY Growth Engine Ltd., trading as WordPress Development Company. For questions about this policy or about data we hold, contact us at hello@wordpressdevelopmentcompany.com or on (307) 454-0600.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name, current website address, budget range, target timeline, how you heard about us, and whatever you write in the project details field. All of these except name and email are optional.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we and our analytics providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, the pages you view, and the approximate location derived from your IP address.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal
  • To contact you about a project you have asked us about
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing newsletter without a separate, explicit opt-in.

Third parties who process data for us

Data you submit or generate on this site is processed by the following providers.

  • HighLevel (LeadConnector). Our customer relationship management platform. Enquiry form submissions are stored here, along with the page and session attribution data collected by their tracking script.
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Aggregate usage analytics. Google may set cookies and process usage data on our behalf.
  • Our hosting provider. Serves the site and keeps standard server access logs.

These providers process data on our instructions under their own terms and, where applicable, data processing agreements.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar browser storage for analytics and for attributing an enquiry to the visit that produced it. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work, though our analytics will not count your visit. Most browsers also send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal if you enable it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as we have an active or prospective relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for legal, tax or dispute-resolution purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics. You can ask us to delete your enquiry record at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where our use relies on it. To exercise any of these, email hello@wordpressdevelopmentcompany.com. We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you, and in any case within 30 days.

If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted to our CRM over encrypted connections and access to it is limited to team members who need it. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States. Where required, those transfers rely on an appropriate safeguard such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change, and will revise the date at the top when we do.

This policy describes how the site is actually built and what it actually sends where. It is not legal advice. Have your own counsel review it before you rely on it, and confirm the retention periods and the controller entity details match your operations.
