Who these terms are with

This site is operated by DFY Growth Engine Ltd., trading as WordPress Development Company. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

These terms are not the contract for your project

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Prices shown are indicative starting points, not quotations. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, payment schedule, intellectual property, warranties and liability. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement wins.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure
• Interfere with the site’s operation or availability
• Submit false information, or another person’s details, through our forms
• Scrape or systematically extract content for commercial reuse without permission

Enquiries you send us

When you submit the enquiry form you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential material through the form. If your project requires confidentiality before we can discuss it, tell us and we will put a mutual non-disclosure agreement in place first.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship, and does not oblige either of us to enter into one.

Our content

Text, design, code samples and graphics on this site belong to DFY Growth Engine Ltd. or our licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal evaluation. You may not republish, sell or use our content commercially without written permission. Code snippets shown for illustration may be used freely in your own projects.

Accuracy

We keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions. Timelines, prices and technical statements describe typical engagements and may not apply to yours. Anything you rely on should be confirmed in writing with us first.

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which DFY Growth Engine Ltd. is registered, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
